Ticket Purchase and Refunds 1.1 All tickets purchased for the Wimbledon Music School Festival are non-refundable. 1.2 Once tickets are purchased, they cannot be exchanged, resold, or transferred to another individual without prior written consent from Wimbledon Music School. 1.3 Wimbledon Music School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event or performance in the case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements or a refund may be offered at the discretion of Wimbledon Music School.

2. All individuals attending the event are responsible for their own wellbeing and should adhere to any health and safety guidelines provided by Wimbledon Music School or the event venue. 3.2 Wimbledon Music School and the event venue shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by attendees during the festival, except where such injury, loss, or damage arises as a result of negligence on the part of Wimbledon Music School or the event venue.

4. Photography and Recording 4.1 Photography, filming, or audio recording of any kind is strictly prohibited during the performances unless prior written consent has been obtained from Wimbledon Music School. 4.2 Wimbledon Music School may arrange for official photographers or videographers to capture the event. By attending the festival, attendees acknowledge and agree that their likeness or image may be captured and used for promotional or marketing purposes by Wimbledon Music School.

5. Personal Belongings 5.1 Wimbledon Music School and the event venue shall not be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises by attendees. 5.2 It is the responsibility of attendees to safeguard their personal belongings and ensure their security throughout the event.

6. Jurisdiction 6.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. 6.2 Any disputes arising from the Wimbledon Music School Festival or these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
